Navy Eagle Circle members may either be individual voting members of the Association or individual or entity non-voting honorary members of the Association, depending on their qualifications. If you think this is one hand saluting the other, well, it is. Neither group, however, is supported by the U.S. Government, or financed by U.S. taxpayers, and all these acts of charity are the voluntary contributions of individual, and generous, American donors, and patriots, comrades in the same cause of American Liberty and, for those of you who want to make a big deal about...'Well, I support this group, blah, blah, blah...but not you,' we just wanted to make clear by this example what  WE AMERICANS CAN ALL DO TOGETHER.              .
